New Tavern Design

This is a 2-D CAD drawing which is one of four different profiles and plan views offered to the client. The model displayed in the model compositions depicts this drawing aside from the change of the hanging planters to the awnings. I usually gather CAD drawings or sketches from my clients with dimensions as a base to start the modifications of a current structure, product or item or to use as an example to start a fresh new design. I always make it a point to start every project with CAD drawings because of the ease of changes and revisions. It is easier to formulate the function, scale and fastening of parts to an assembly with a 2-D CAD drawing. After the drawing is complete then the drawing is inserted in the modeling program to loft, extrude and shape using a system of spline lines. (Nurbs modeling). It works the best for me.
